The talents trained by secondary vocational education are the junior staff whoare mainly worked in the production line. Secondary vocational education plays asignificance role in talent cultivation especially in training professional qualitiesand basis of the talents. With the gradual development of social economy, thedemands of the talents have changed and the cultivation standards of talents havebeen ruled explicitly. Since vocational qualification system implemented,talenttraining has had a basis for various sectors. The main direction to vocationaltraining is training qualified talents according to different professional standards indifferent sectors,which can be widely adopted and accepted by the society. Thisthesis mainly discusses the combination of talent training and vocationalqualification system and analyzes the talent training programs under suchcombination,finally get the conclusion.The thesis has the following four parts:Part I: the thesis reviews the theoretical researches about the combination oftalent training and vocational qualification system in home and aboard and clearthe relationships among vocational education mode,talent training programs andvocational qualification system through define the related definition about talenttraining programs combined with vocational qualification system, then prove thenecessity of combining vocational qualification system with talent trainingprograms.Part II: the thesis mainly introduces the experience of combining vocationalqualification system with talent training programs in more developed countries,such as England, Germany,Australia and America. Absorbing and drawing on thesuccessful experience of other foreign countries can be the basis of vocationalqualification system and talent training programs of our countries and also providethe reference direction.Part III: the thesis reveals the problems in talent training through surveyingvocational school in Nanyang area and analyzes the reasons that caused suchproblems.Part IV: the thesis has concluded the demands for talents by research analysisof the demand for talents major in preschool education and their professional competence.According to the local demands, vocational schools can formulate thetalent training programs combined with vocational qualification system,and putforward suggestions on improving such programs to seek the better solution to theproblems.
