Talent is the most active in the process of economic development and social progress, practical talents as an important component of China’s talent echelon, accelerate the industrial transformation and upgrading, improve enterprise endogenous power, promote scientific and technological innovation and accelerate scientific research results, and it is the world’s largest population, but also human resources. Short term problems, the pressure on the employment of college graduates and employment pressure and the transfer of rural labor force and employment pressure.to promote college students’ employment is an arduous social systematic project, only the government, colleges and universities, employers and society each workout, closely, in order to form a long-term effective employment settlement mechanism. Differences between higher vocational colleges because of the professional characteristics, the quality of the source, the employment environment and market demand etc., compared with the undergraduate colleges and universities employment pressure will be increased significantly.Article through investigation in recent years, the employment situation of the graduates in Higher Vocational Colleges in the study, focus on the combination of Yangling Vocational and technical college students employment concept, overall employment levels, evaluation of the effectiveness of employment guidance and related policy implementation. By the way of questionnaire survey, interview discussion and SWOT analysis and other means, a comprehensive understanding of the employment of vocational college students faces new situation, new problems. At present is the realistic problem of employment of graduates of higher vocational colleges, graduates’ professional skills are not solid, professional counterparts rate is low. At the same time by the backward concept of employment bound is not as far afield as remote grass-roots work, even if reluctantly employment, late turnover rate is still high. The formation of the above situation is mainly due to the higher vocational colleges can not meet the professional needs and changes in the employment market, the employment service system is not perfect, the graduates themselves are not allowed, the employment market environment is not scientific as well as the overall economic environment and industrial policies and other factors.In-depth analysis of vocational college students employment problem of the main reasons, from the government, market, school and individual dimensions are for the proposed college professional setting reform, to strengthen students’ practical skills, increase investment in education, cultivate a new engine of economic growth, for graduate students put forward their own pay attention to professional learning, strengthen the practice exercise, change the concept of employment and other effective measures, hoping to the employment of vocational college students to provide a new breakthrough, explore to solve the problem of employment of university students new ways and means. And conform to the national public entrepreneurship, innovation peoples policy call proposed to innovation and entrepreneurship to promote the employment of university students, shock Economic and social development within the power, in order to accelerate the economic and social transformation, industrial restructuring and upgrading and promoting the well-being of the people to provide new momentum.
