Oral communication is an important method of interpersonal communication and especially important in the 21st century under the new situation. Improving students’ oral communication ability contributes to helping students build self-esteem, self-confidence and is conducive to the further development of good communication and future career. But the presence of secondary vocational school teaching oral communication problems needs to be improved. At last, the conclusion is a summary of research findings and propose future research directions. In oral communication teaching, curriculum, teaching materials and teaching subjects are the combination of the whole, and the effectiveness of oral communication teaching should also be systematically studied. Only in this way can we increase the effectiveness of teaching comprehensively and deeply. This topic will start from the teaching process, analyze the strategy of five aspects mainly, including the establishment of the teaching of oral communication curriculum, the reconstruction of teaching objects reorganization of teaching content, scientific implementation of teaching and evaluation methods, and discusses the effectiveness of secondary language oral communication teaching.
