Oral communicative competence, which often appears between interpersonal communications, is an agility and tactful ability for listening and speaking. It is not only a gift of tongues, a capability of intercourse and act, but also a faculty for people to adapt to the times and get a harmonious development. To students of middle vocational school, the cultivation of this ability should not be ignored especially. In《The Chinese syllabus of middle vocational school》issued by our country,"To further improve the oral communicative ability needed in practice","speaking clearly and frequently to exactly express oneself; devoting oneself in listening to grasp and retell the main idea of the speaker; mastering the basic method and skill of oral communication to speak decorously and express decently"are pointed out definitely in the Chinese teaching target. The aim is"to establish the foundation for improving the overall quality,comprehensive occupation capacity and the ability to adapt to the change of vocation". For all, having a preferable oral communicative competence and being good at communicate and collaboration are helpful to cope with all kind of challenge effectively.Based on the sufficiency cognition of the importance of the oral communication and poor ability of students in middle vocational school, the author tries to coordinate the theory and the practice in teaching content,training method,evaluation measures, integrate the cultivation of expertise and oral communication to form a effective teaching countermeasures to guide the teaching in practice. And the research also considered the teaching status and the characteristics of middle vocational school's oral communication, and associated with the vocational trait.
