Secondary Vocational Education is an important system of National Education and Secondary Vocational Chinese holds an important position in Secondary Vocational Education, the oral communication is also an important content of Secondary Vocational Chinese Teaching. Yet the oral communicative ability of current Secondary Vocational Students is not optimistic and difficult to meet social demand. From the perspective of social development, Secondary Vocational Chinese, students as well as teachers, only equip with excellent oral communicative ability can one have a place in the society, therefore it is crucial to enhance oral communicative ability.Both various domestic experts and front-line teachers have made discussions and researches on how to enhance the oral communicative ability of Secondary Vocational students. But their studies mainly focus on such aspects as training method of oral communicative ability, the compilation of teaching material of oral communication, the teaching characteristics of oral communication as well as resourses utilization of oral communicative teaching etc., yet the application of effective teaching on oral communication of Secondary Vocational is rare. The effective teaching is for the teachers to apply advanced teaching concepts, reasonably plan all types of teaching elements as a whole, select and apply the appropriate teaching strategies in order to make students efficiently learn knowledge and skills well within a limited time span, adapt to the rapid development rhythm of modern society. For that reason, this research starts from the angle of Chinese Teaching in Secondary Vocational Schools, under the guideline of educational theory of effective teaching, make researches on the principles, strategies, training methods as well as evaluation system of effective teaching on Chinese oral communication of Secondary Vocational Schools. The research methods applied in this paper are:literature review, questionnaire survey, interview.A clear understanding of the status quo of teaching of Chinese oral communication toward current Secondary Vocational Schools must be obtained if one wants to research on educational theories for effective teaching on Chinese oral communication, therefore This research focuses on two aspects:Chinese oral communicative ability of Secondary Vocational students and teaching of Chinese oral communication, based on the research methods:questionnaire survey and interview, get to know the problems existing in the current teaching of Chinese oral communication among students. Through the data concluded from the result of analysis and research, reach the conclusion of causing the loss of oral communicative ability among Secondary Vocational school students are:severe shortage of teaching resources,-out-of-date concept, weak basis of students, less attention from teaching &learning environment as well as incomplete system on teaching evaluation, so, the following several aspects should be focused on in order to enhance oral communicative ability of students and solving the above-mentioned problems:Firstly, this research constructs the basic principle of effective teaching on Chinese oral communication in Secondary Vocational Schools. According to the teaching situation of Chinese oral communication of Secondary Vocational, put forward the principles of subjectivity,interest,paradigm and practice, should these principles be applied correctly and flexibly in teaching activity,which will play a critical role in enhancing the quality and efficiency of teaching on Chinese oral communication among Secondary Vocational Schools.Meanwhile,deeper research has been made on the strategies of effective teaching of Chinese oral communication among Secondary Vocational Schools in this paper.Adopting innovative and effective strategies in classroom teaching of Chinese oral communication of Secondary Vocational Schools.In the effective teaching process,teachers stimulate the interest of students in learning oral communication,forming strong motive of study,overcoming the psychological hurdle of speaking out,integrating the characteristic of informationalization in current society,teachers effectively combine modern educational technology in teaching process of oral communication,promoting graphic and contextual teaching,teachers devise oral games in teaching process,teaching through lively activities,creating vivid and happy learning environment for oral communication teaching, Teachers intensify classroom interaction,creating dynamic classroom teaching;in Chinese teaching practice,teachers smartly incorporate oral communication with reading and writing,facilitating mutually and elevating the overall quality of Chinese.This research concludes that oral communicative ability is not an unitary,closed system, a corresponding training system needs establishing in order to elevate the oral communicative ability of Secondary Vocational students. Combining the training of oral communicative ability with that of thinking,guaranteeing the consistency,completeness and efficiency of training of oral communicative ability. Teachers intensify the training of oral communication outside class,encouraging students to actively participate in various campus activities,social practices,effectively mobilise the spontaneity of students.According to different majors of students,specifically design the content for oral training,make students learn with more dynamic.The evaluation of effective teaching in oral communication is an integral part in teaching of oral communicative system.The establishment of scientific and viable evaluation system is an effective guarantee for the smooth implementation of teaching in oral communication.The evaluation of effective teaching put forward in this research should be characterized with multi-facetedness,namely,it should be composed of the evaluation of teachers,students and parents,change the unitary role played only by the teachers in the previous evluations.Currently,many evaluations usually focus on the test results,pay attention to the overal assessment in the end of semester,neglect the performance of students in the whole process of study. This research reckons that timely evaluation toward students should be undertaken in the process of training of oral communicative ability,set up diverse assessment mechanisms,understanding students in a comprehensive and objective analysis,help students to know themselves and establish confidence. Effective evaluation of teaching with the manner of classification and quantitative can feedback teaching process in time,make timely adjustment and finish the objective of teaching smoothly with great incentive and high efficiency.
