Since 1960s, the development of modern civilization has brought about prosperity and advance for people, as well as conflicts and annoyance in the meantime. The factor of health has been increasing; however, so it is with the factor of disease by taking turns, which leads to much pressure with each passing day. Especially, as the crucial part in modern society now, women are provided with more chances to show their great talents, but meanwhile they have to face unprecedented challenges caused by fierce social competition, bearing more physical and mental stress than what they did ever. This has become the biggest threat to women’s health, giving a challenge in focusing on the united development of body and mind in the same time when people pursue a high-quality life.There are 70 percent of workers who have various problems caused great pressure. Sub-health has become the biggest threat to women’s health which can induce different physical and mental diseases. Just because of this trend, yoga has become one of the popular exercise items highly praised by women.As one of the six main Hindu schools of philosophy, yoga found its origin in ancient India. whose original meaning is the cover of carriage, then extending into the meaning of unity, unification, connection and corresponding.According to the practical meaning above, the article mainly discusses the influence of yoga practice on women psychological states-the analysis of influence on trait anxiety. Trait anxiety is a relatively stable emotion. As a kind of anxiety tendency which varies from different individual, it has extensive applicability. This paper mainly makes the analysis by adopting literature consultation, questionnaire method, experimentation and mathematical statistics. Also, it divides the experiment objects in the official kindergarten in One was made organinto experimental group and control group (not engaged in yoga practice). Making female who has a job as the object, the experiment analyses the data of body figure, physical fitness and the mental measurement before and after they study Yoga; it also uses Burns Anxiety Inventory (BAI), General Well-Being Schedule (GWB) and Exercise-induced Feeling Inventory (EFI), and then verifies the intervention effect of yoga practice on the trait anxiety in women practicers’ psychological states through the questionnaire survey. The experiment objects are drawn at random among 40 women aged from 30 to 45, with 20 women in experimental group and the other 20 in control group. The experiment result shows that:(1) With the time extension of aerobic exercise, in-depth practice period, increase of practice frequency as well as gradual relaxation training, it can effectively lower the trait anxiety emotion, and greatly increase the body shape index and physical quality index of yoga practicers meanwhile.(2) After 32-week practice tracking by experimental group through Burns Anxiety Inventory (BAI), General Well-Being Schedule (GWB) and Exercise-induced Feeling Inventory (EFI), each dimension has dramatically promoted by the comparison with the mental health before, demonstrating the obvious improvement in anxiety and tension, in somatic symptoms and depression.
