Career women play a very important role in the development of modern society. The health of career women is a very important issue. Nowadays, career women are encounted with more and more pressure from the fast changing world around themselves. It becomes a great challenge to the mental health of them, which we should pay much more attention to. Luckily, more and more women realize the importance of activities and take an active part in them, to relieve themselves from the high pressure. Leading a natural life becomes more and more popular around the world. Yoga also shares the same belief, which is quiet attractive to more and more women. Many ladies can persist in this activities. Yoga leads you to a beautiful world and show the beauty of the women to an extreme extent. In addition, yoga can help you to keep Meridian smooth,which just means health in medicine. At the same time, yoga can be quiet good to your mental health. Yoga helps you to keep the balance between the body and mental health. Yoga help the modern career women to adjust their mood, relieve themselves from high pressure in the work. It is the right way to keep fit and lead a healthy life.In this article, the research methods of questionnaire,investigation,statistic,Interview and logic methods were taken to study the impact of yoga on the mental health of career women. 60 women at the age of 20- 50 from Woerfei, Feier, shijia and huaxia health clubs were organized to take a 90-minutes yoga activities every 4 times a week. This program lasted for 12 weeks. 60 women were surveyed for their changes in their health. This study can be helpful for the development of the theory of yoga, providing further directions for the later more scientific and healthier exercise. The results are as following:Firstly, Yoga chain clubs developed steadily in Xi'an, a great deal of women take part in Yoga training. The Basic characters of the trainers like: the basic characters of the yoga trainers are all undergraduate, and have a intelligence-career.Secondly, Before and after the experiment the targets of Subjects in the form and function of the body there are significant differences, and it not only has the significantly physical change on the career women of different ages, but also will enhance their physical fitness, strengthen bodily functions.Thirdly,Use Symptom Assessment Scale (SCL-90) and tempered feeling Scale (EFI) to investigate the professional women psychological characteristics of the changes before and after the experiment. The results shows that: the After three months of yoga training, it has a significant improve in the level of psychological health, psychological The detection rate for the issue of Experimental previous 50 cases (83.3%) decreased to experiment after 21 cases (35.0%). There was a significant difference (P<0.05). After all the training and psychological indicators also lower than before the training. Which in the "depression" and "hostility" and other factors, the differences (P<0.05), compared with the national norm in the "body", "interpersonal sensitivity," "depression" and "Anxiety" is a factor more very significant difference (P<0.01) at the same time target subjects before and after the experiment in the psychological effects of a happy sense of movement and the difference is very significant (except fatigue, flu).
