For any group, health is the eternal theme in each era, especially professional women in the modern social life, their health is even more worthy of attention. Marx once said:"there is no women of the enzyme, is impossible to have the great social change". In the modern society, women in a different way to participate in the society, they play a very important role, also suffered more than any previous social from the family, the work itself, and relationships of physical and mental pressure. According to authorities, more than70%of the country’s huge stress that modern professional people in sub health, sub-health can induce women all kinds of physical and mental diseases, has become the greatest threat to today’s career women health. Women’s physical and mental health problems has been becoming the current main melody, their physical and mental health relations with social progress and development, and also embodies the civilization of human society,(yoga) the word "yoga" comes from the Sanskrit, the meaning of "oneness","harmony", and its pursuit is a kind of body and mind harmonious unification. Yoga originated in India, east is one of the oldest physical technique, it is through the physical exercise, body and mind to reconcile, and the psychological mental guidance and achieve a perfect integration of body and mind, self-discipline movement. Today, yoga is one of the most fashionable way of fitness, it pay attention to the spirit in a sound body, sound implementation process of physical and mental harmony. According to the reality of study the effects of yoga on the development of professional women’s health, to better promote the healthy development of the female body.Professional women occupy a special position in society, their status indicates women’s development in the future, even influence the development of the society as a whole, the relationship of the21st century to human beings. At present, in the face of rapidly changing social development and quickening the pace of life, the stress in a number of professional women is growing, affect the career women’s mental health, it can’t cause we pay close attention to. People in a by the accelerating pace of life and knowledge update caused by tension, in the face of more and more pressure and challenges. If it exceeds the limits of what people can withstand the pressure, the body will feel nervous discomfort, decreased self immunity, frustrations, enhancement and tired all the time.The emotional dimension of physical exercise and subjective well-being.In numerous exercises, return to nature of this new concept is people favorite way of life, is recommended for yoga philosophy. Yoga exercise is the most key content is the focus and meditation, the spirit is the product of thought, thought subtle and fickle, therefore difficult to control. Brain is thinking tool, it is necessary to know how it works. Yoga exercise formal training through the body, breathing exercise control, was making sense of sensory control, make the brain into a state of concentration. Meditation and yoga practice and get spiritual enlightenment through meditation, it enables practitioner in a free state of consciousness, and achieved one of the most relaxed and happy state of mind. Yoga exercises in recent years has attracted more and more women.Of this study was to explore career women yoga exercise of psychological effect, promote the professional women re-recognition of yoga exercise and mental health relations. And elevate yoga exercise is conducive to career women’s career happiness as the research content, yoga exercise for professional women in subjective well-being, state of mind, job involvement and job burnout, the influence of different dimension. Subjective well-being, as positive psychology research focus, it not only can evaluate a person’s quality of life, can also be used to measure a person’s mental health status, psychological development level. Professional women happiness degree how, directly related to the all-round development of professional women. At present, the academia to study on subjective well-being is very much different groups, and studies have been relatively mature, but the related systems research in the field of professional women. Therefore, how to through yoga, effectively improve the professional women’s happiness has become an important research subject.In addition, in the study of yoga exercises related to psychology, how to yoga exercise on a study of changes in physical, psychological, yoga exercise can improve the women through the various physiological indicators, such as slimming shaping, and other functions, help women, in turn, increase a woman’s body self-esteem, physical self-esteem enhancement directly affect the female happiness. So at present, by analyzing the physiological indexes of working women after yoga exercise to study professional female happiness research is less.Based on the experimental research, the research object is divided into yoga exercise group, the integrated project group and no exercise, use of overall well-being scale (GWB)","short form POMS just mood state scale","job involvement scale (Chinese version UWES)" job burnout scale MBI-GS for yoga hall and extraction in the fitness club membership of new students practicing yoga career women and1515practice comprehensive exercise professional women as experimental group, exercise course for12weeks, and draw some unit not to take part in sports exercise15working women as the control group, respectively, before and after the experiment of three groups of subjective well-being and career happiness. Using SPSS11.0statistical software package for statistical analysis, the conclusion is as follows:(1)15yoga exercisers in mental health after12weeks of exercise all dimensions have greatly ascend.(2) the yoga group before and after the experiment, anxious and excited state has a very significant improvement (P<0.01), somatization and depression has significant improvement (P<0.05); Comprehensive exercise group before and after the experiment, depression and somatization state has a very significant improvement (P<0.01), the excited state has significant improvement (P<0.05). Yoga exercises, comprehensive exercises both exercise can have a positive psychological effect, but the fitness project choice, but also according to own actual, such as age, physical condition, hobbies, etc.(3) before and after12weeks of regular exercise, physical and body function index of two groups of subjects, including body weight, body composition, waist circumference, waist-hip ratio, single adachi, are measured and compared. Show that exercisers yoga group after12weeks of exercise of body fat rate, waist circumference, waist-hip ratio, flexibility and the improvement of balance ability has a significant meaning; A comprehensive program of exercisers in fat, lean body mass index has improved significantly. This shows that sports exercise in the gym each have advantages, comprehensive exercise more emphatically in the improvement of function index, but yoga is more emphasis on improving physique indexes.
