Objective: In recent years, Waltz and Cha Cha increasingly become one of the most popular dance of life, and its influence on the sport Dance Majors Students variability of heart rate and balance are more and more attention in the sports world. With the development of medical technology, heart rate variability analysis has been widely applied to the field of sports training, with HRV solve scientific training and selection of athletes have a certain value. The balance is a physical, is the ability to resist external forces to keep the body in a steady state. Therefore, this paper discusses the impact of the waltz and cha cha dance PE Students Majoring in heart rate variability and balance ability, in order to find a long-term difference between different kinds of dance training Students core strength and influence of the autonomic nervous system, is looking for an easy to learn, adapt range of people and the most to reduce the incidence of falls, improve heart and lung function dances provide a scientific basis.Methods: selecting different sports dance direction undergraduates 20(waltz kinds Students 10, just dances Students 10) as the experimental group, Yoga Students 10 items as motion control, set up two experiments carried out two experiments, the first experiment was to test three groups of students under the resting state HRV index, the second experiment tested college students are three sets of static balance experiment. The experimental group and the control group sports training four times a week, every 90 min, for a period of three weeks. Test results are expressed as mean ± standard deviation(± S) said, using SPSS19.0 software, ANOVA, P <0.05 statistically significant.Results: during the three-week exercise to practice after the intervention: in HRV, the waltz group and precisely test group relative to the control group, the results were improved, there was a significant difference(P <0.05), and to precisely affect more significant. In the balance index test results, waltz group relative to the control group and precisely than before the intervention group results were significantly increased(P <0.05), still just group effects are more obvious.Conclusions: 1. Waltz and precisely balance of college students have improved to some extent, but to just more significant, presumably with two kinds of dance could improve the core strength of the relevant college students, and just dance moves more easily improve core strength;2. Waltz and just could increase heart rate variability, but rather dance moves more positively affect cardiac autonomic nerves, the heart’s ability to regulate in the movement to improve significantly;3. In comparison with the waltz, it is precisely a more conducive to reducing the incidence of falls and improve the ability to regulate heart dances.5. herein are looking for easy to learn and adapt to wide range of people and the most to reduce the incidence of falls, improve heart and lung function of dance for just dance.
