Objective: In the 21 st century, the core strength training has been gradually applied to physical ability training and rehabilitation exercise after injury. At present the studies in this respect is given priority to with suspension training, more mature and relevant research, and the improvement of the core strength is obvious. Therefore this study chooses suspension training as the positive control group, exploring how the eight weeks of McKenzie technology impact on college students’ core strength and balance ability and the difference between two kinds of technology, to look for one training means which can not only enhance core strength and suspension training effect, but also be scientific, practical and easy operation, high safety and applicable people extensive to provide practical basis. Methods: 18 patients from Department of Health Sciences Xi’an Physical Education University 2013 grade rehabilitation professional students as the research object, the experimental group(E) 9, the control group(S-E-T) 9. In two groups were tested the subjects before and after the intervention force at the core(dorsal muscle F110, abdominal F130) and balance ability(overall stability, and stability and stability), and the data by t test. Results:(1) the core strength: two groups in the two groups before the experiment back muscle strength(F110) and abdominal muscle strength(F130) indicators had no significant difference(P > 0.05). After 8 weeks of training, two training before and after the experiment back muscle strength(F110) indexes have significant difference(P < 0.05), abdominal muscle strength(F130) index in addition to suspension training, McKenzie group no significant difference(P > 0.05), but from the point of view of mean, McKenzie have growth trend. After the experiment group showed no significant difference(P >0.05).(2) balance ability: static balance ability test before the two groups of subjects(feet) there were no significant differences in the indexes of SI, APSI and MLSI(P>0.05). After 8 weeks of training, suspension training group SI and APSI had a very significant difference(P<0.01), two MLSI after training experimental index had significant difference(P<0.05). After the experiment of Mccann based technology group SI, the mean APSI had no significant difference(P>0.05), the mean values of SI and APSI made that index decreased. After the experiment group no significant difference(P > 0.05); static eyes right and left foot test indicators, the two groups before the experiment subjects static eyes right and left foot Si, APSI, mlsi index had no significant difference(P > 0.05). After 8 weeks of training, suspension training group static eyes right and left leg Si, APSI, mlsi index and McKenzie group APSI index has a very significant difference(P < 0.01), the McKenzie group after the experiment of static eyes right and left SI, mlsi with significant difference(P < 0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups(>0.05 P). Conclusion:(1)8 weeks of suspension training and McKenzie intervention can improve the force at the core of college students, mainly surface(F110) muscle and abdominal muscles(F130) increased and in improving muscle strength(F130) aspects of suspension training is slightly better than that of the McKenzie.(2)8 weeks of suspension training and Mccann based technology intervention can provide a draft of College Students’ ability to balance, the performance of SI, the former APSI, MLSI reduction. And the improvement of MLSI, SI suspension training effect is slightly better.(3)in improving the core strength, balance ability, McKenzie but not a can and suspension training effect, McKenzie scientific and practical, simple operation, high safety, is suitable the crowd widely and effective method is not limited by space and equipment, has a certain popularization value.
