In 2011, The Sixth Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the CPC was held, which adopted the " CPC Central Committee on deepening reform and comprehensive decisions on major issues on promoting socialist cultural development and prosperity", and proposed to strive to build a socialist cultural power, and proposed the programmatic requirements on promoting vigorous development and prosperity of socialist culture. The CPC clearly pointed out the goal of cultural reform and development before 2020, which positioned the culture industry as a pillar industry of the national economy. As an important deployment, it made the position of the culture industry in the national economy status continuously strengthened, and brought great opportunities for the development of culture industries. The proposal of the strategy of enhancing national power through culture brought out more space and impetus for the development of arts training industry.Currently education for all-around development has become mainstream education. Arts education as a part of education for all-around development has been more and more popular. Public awareness for arts education is gradually improving, and people’s spending in arts education was increased gradually. All above has proved that arts education is a large cake, and will become the "21th Century one of the most popular industry".M Arts Education Company is a arts training institutions which mainly service at children. The company’s development strategy is to create a franchise brand. From 2014 the company plans to expand new campuses. The company needs a successful marketing strategy. Therefore, the company must understand the market, and make a reasonable marketing strategy.The subject will be a comprehensive analysis of M Arts Education. To analyze the market environment, and find out its competitive advantages and problems. To determine the target customers and product positioning, propose the reasonable marketing strategy to help them quickly occupied the regional markets and expand outward to form brand market. Through the above analysis, it proposes M arts education how to make the marketing strategy planning to occupy the area market and to be a competitive advantage.In this paper, based on the basic theory of marketing management and the analysis to the situation and competitive environment, we will help the M Arts Education Company to set detailed and reasonable marketing strategy, so that they can carry on accurate market positioning, and determine reasonable and feasible marketing strategy for the future development. And then implement the strategy to operating activities of the relevant enterprises of art training.
