Contemporary university students have good economic conditions and live an abundant material life. However, undergraduate groups are susceptible population of melancholia, infantile autism etc. psychological illness and extreme behaviors.College students suffer from many kinds of frustrations, including studies, emotion,interpersonal communication and occupation in university. And they always can’t handle these frustrations independently, and it will affect students’ physical and mental health, even the life development. Hence, undergraduates must enhance their own anti-frustration abilities that is good for students’ integrated development, and for the quality-oriented education revolution, and for the construction of harmonious society.Considering the importance and urgency of anti-frustration ability to our students and society, this thesis plans to use literature method, questionnaire survey method and case analysis method to study the status of undergraduate anti-frustration ability.Based on the survey and analysis about the partial students from nine universities of Hubei province, and it demonstrates that different undergraduates suffer from various kinds of frustrations, and have different cognize levels, different attitudes about frustration; and they attribute different reasons frustration and solve frustration differently. After the status analysis, it can be summarized that students their own anti-frustration quality is underperformed, specifically presented as poor cognize perceive, weak will, experience deficiency about frustration resistance. Family anti-frustration educations are outdated, including education content deficiency,improper education method and poor measure to frustration resistance. School anti-frustration education is insufficient, such as education content insufficiency,inflexible methods and outdated system. Social environment influence is negative,such as negative effects from bad events and increasing employment pressure.Improving undergraduates’ anti-frustration ability is not only their own demands, but also the requirements from family, school and social development.It needs to propose optimized countermeasures which can improve undergraduates’ anti-frustration efficiently. Firstly, undergraduates need to improve their own qualities of frustration resistance, to form correct cognize perceives, to set suitable ambition. Students need to choose proper ways to overcome frustration and cultivate strong volitional quality. Then need to construct new interpersonal relationships and good at seeking social support. Then family need to improve theeducation methods, to set up virtuous communication model, to build harmonious family, to create democratic education methods and pay attention to children’s physical and mental developments, and to perfect children’s personality education and lead the grand moral education concept positively. Again, school need to perfect education institutional system, to reform anti-frustration education ways and enhance students’ mental resilience, to enrich education content and improve frustration resistance experience, to complete psychological counseling institution and exploit psychological aid channels. Lastly, society need to optimize the context for anti-frustration ability’s cultivation, to correct cultural diffusion orientation and establish right values, to perfect business starting and employment system and consider students’ development requirements. It need to explore the countermeasures to improve contemporary undergraduates’ anti-frustration ability by thinking and trying.
