In China,the party and the state attach great importance to solving the problem of poverty,thoroughly implement the concept of "human text",and fully carry out the work of poverty alleviation.Secondary vocational education is not only an important part of vocational education,but also a powerful weapon for poverty alleviation.In recent years,secondary vocational education has played a good role in the targeted poverty alleviation work in rural areas,and played an important role in promoting poverty eradication in rural areas and building a well-off society in an all-round way.This study adopts the principles of combining field survey,questionnaire and quantitative research approach,a comprehensive understanding of the Dali's social and economic development present situation,basic features,the cause of the poor and poor poor cognitive situation of secondary vocational education,to the Dali secondary vocational school assistance to poor students,for example,to investigate the Dali secondary vocational school and the fundamental way of poverty alleviation poverty alleviation work progress.The results and problems of targeted poverty alleviation in rural areas of Dali city secondary vocational education are summarized and analyzed.It is found that secondary vocational education has the following effects on targeted poverty alleviation work in rural areas.Second,improve the quality of employment of the poor people in rural areas;Thirdly,it effectively blocked the intergenerational transmission of poverty in rural areas.In general,secondary vocational education plays a fundamental role in the targeted poverty alleviation work in rural areas.At the same time,problems are also found,such as the low social status of secondary vocational education,and the low recognition of parents of students in poor rural areas to secondary vocational education;The targeted poverty alleviation mechanism of secondary vocational schools is not perfect.All these problems have affected the effectiveness of targeted poverty alleviation.In view of these problems,it is suggested that secondary vocational schools should strengthen their publicity,school-enterprise cooperation and cooperation with developed areas with the help of the government.Secondary vocational schools themselves should also strengthen the construction of the teacher team,especially the construction of "double-qualified" teachers;Secondary vocational schools should continue to improve and optimize the mechanism of targeted poverty alleviation.Through the above countermeasures,the effectiveness of targeted poverty alleviation in rural poor areas can be improved more.
