Teachers’ job burnout is a hot issue in the field of education and psychology at home and abroad. It has a negative impact on the work of teachers and the development of students, but also affects the physical and mental health and quality of life of the teachers themselves. With the rapid development of economic, the social requirements for various types of professional practitioners are increasingly high, coupled with the continuous reduction of age population over the years, which directly impact on the development of secondary vocational schools, and school survival is bound to affect the work and life of teachers, psychological pressure increased. The accumulation of these psychological pressure, if not timely and effectively alleviate, will evolve into job burnout. Therefore, it is important to understand the situation of teachers’ job burnout in secondary vocational school to promote the development of the secondary vocational school, enrich and improve the relevant research theory.Based on the previous relevant research data collation and analysis, this study takes the empirical research and questionnaire survey to get the information of teachers’ burnout status in Zhangjiakou secondary vocational school and the influence factors by statistical analysis. And it also uses the interview method, two representative from the vocational school teachers are conducted and then do a preliminary qualitative analysis of the interview. On the basis of empirical research, some strategies are put forward to reduce the job burnout. Through this research, we can understand the current situation of teachers’ job burnout in secondary vocational school in our country.
