Objective: To research on the present situation and characteristics ofTeachers’job burnout in secondary vocational colleges and discuss the influence factorsof Teachers’ Job Burnout. And look for feasible ways to improve the teacher’senthusiasm、working efficiency and enhance the sense of happiness and a sense ofaccomplishment.Methods: Cluster sampling method of Yingkou city, some450teachers insecondary vocational school questionnaire, Epidata3.0for data recording and analysissoftware and SPSS17.0software.Results: From the survey results, teachers’ Job Burnout in vocational colleges isless serious, but widespread existence of professional tiredness of teachers. Results ofthis study show a different gender of job Burnout of teachers in vocational colleges inthree dimensions are not significantly different; Age36-45age less of a sense ofachievement dimension of job Burnout is the most serious,(P﹤0.05); Bachelordegree level teachers ’ sense of achievement levels to less than the following collegedegree level teacher high(P﹤0.05). Different family situation on job Burnout of therespondents in the study of effect is not obvious; different monthly income of Burnoutof teachers in a small sense of accomplishment on the dimension level there is astatistically significant difference(P﹤0.05);length of experience experiences of jobBurnout of teachers in three different dimensions are different(P﹤0.05);whether theteacher is the class teacher in vocational college and held other executive positions arenot causing Burnout of teachers there was a statistically significant difference.Conclusion:1.Yingkou vocational college teachers’ professional Burnoutcommonly exist, but compared to the General secondary school teachers, job Burnoutrelatively light.2. Different age, education, income, experience experiences will affect the degree of teachers’ job Burnout.3. Effects of demographic characteristics on job Burnout of teachers do exist, butthe predicted effect is not obvious on teachers’ job Burnout, to explain the relativelysmall proportion, description in addition to demographic characteristics, there are otherfactors affecting the level of teachers’ job Burnout, further research should be done.
