There is a common phenomenon that teachers pay attention to knowledge but despise wisdom and students have good scores but low qualities in present primary education. To get rid of this education plight, Shengze Experiment School actively explore in practice, and formed the wisdom education thoughts which cultivate the students’ moral quality firstly, develop the students’ potential advantage fully and trigger their wisdom in the education and teaching in order to obtain the full and free development and realize the life value of human.This study is conducted as an in-depth analysis on wisdom education of Shengze Experiment School in Wujiang City. The aim of it is to construct the operating mechanism of wisdom education about primary school and promote the development of wisdom teachers and students. Building further on this foundation, fond open questions and difficulties of wisdom education in the process of implementation, put forward the corresponding suggestions and improving measures. Meanwhile providing a train of thought about educational reform for the primary school seeking educational reform.I get the first-hand materials about wisdom education of Shengze Experiment School by carrying out the fieldwork investigation. I analyze them from school management, teacher training, moral education, curriculum, classroom teaching and evaluation by using case study and experience summary. And I comprehensive analysis many realistic factors which affect the implementation of wisdom education.In order to cultivate wisdom students, Shengze Experiment School taked up a series of measures: established a school wisdom management team, created the campus culture management in favour of stimulating the development of teachers wisdom and students wisdom; created a campus environment which is suitable for the growth of wisdom teachers, motivated teachers self education to generate wisdom; created the atmosphere of moral education, implemented activities to promote students’ moral development and paid attention to the communication between teachers and students to hasten parturition the student the sprout of wisdom; setted up the diversity of courses to adapt to the development of students, changed the traditional teaching idea and builded the classroom respectful life; established wisdom education evaluation introspected evaluators oneself factor, adopting wisdom evaluation method to promote the development of wisdom teachers and students.wisdom education is affected by the following several aspects in the process of implementation. The competent administrative department for education guide to assess knowledge and school administrators guide to knowledge education. Teachers’ moral cultivation is decling, the structure of knowledge has deficiency, and teachers lack of ability and methods to implement advanced teaching ideas. Curriculums lack of hierarchy, diversity curriculum lack of execution. The thinking mode of classroom teaching in China is different from foreigner. Chinese are tend to use “the deductive method”, but the people in Western developed countries prefer using “the inductive method”. Parents have high expectations of academic achievement for children.Take successful experiences of Shengze Experiment School and realistic factors affected the implementation of wisdom education into consideration, I found the Structure and function of the various factors and the relationship between them. According to the relationship between them, I construct the operating mechanism of wisdom education. The most import factor is to appoint the wisdom supervisor(headmaster of a public school). After that, the wisdom supervisor develops wisdom teachers firstly, sets curriculum of moral education, practical course, compulsory and elective courses as a carrier, enable wisdom teachers to cultivate wisdom students by wisdom classroom teaching method, constructs wisdom evaluation system as a guarantee. The aim of these is to promote the development of wisdom teachers and students. In the process of all, we should follow the principle of using the wisdom of education for wisdom education.Of course, there have open questions and difficulties of wisdom education in the process of implementation. Disciplines teaching case design have room for improvement. The balanced development of students’ brain did’t do early guidance work.
