Students in secondary vocational schools are able to acquire specialized knowledge which should be efficiently memorized and utilized.This makes them skilled talents.Meanwhile,physical quality also matters to these specialized talents.However,common assessment methods of teaching quality fail to take into consideration the particularity of secondary vocational education,so they cannot objectively demonstrate teaching quality,which hinders the further developments of physical education in secondary vocational schools.Hence,it is of great significance to construct an efficient,scientific and appropriate assessment system of teaching quality.The assessment system can improve the quality of physical education in secondary vocational schools,and assist the schools to foster qualified talents who can meet the urgent demands in the society.The paper investigates the overall conditions of physical education in secondary vocational schools.Based on this,the paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the current quality assessment systems of P.E.Class.Firstly,through Delphi Method,the research gives out questionnaires to foregoers of P.E.in Guangzhou and experts in Panyu Physical Education Implementation Project,with the purpose of determining five primary and nineteen secondary assessment indexes of physical education in secondary vocational schools.Based on the comparison between indexes,secondly,the paper applies Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to calculate the weight of corresponding indexes so as to construct a complete assessment index system.Then,the paper employs Klee Method to verify the index system to ensure its scientificity and validity.Last but not least,based on Educational Information Theory in secondary vocational P.E.class,the paper p makes suggestions on the optimization of physical education in secondary vocational schools,such as,contents of physical education,the transfer of information,teaching media technologies,the modes of information receiving and the feedbacks of information technologies and so on.Finally,the paper takes students who are in Grade 2015 from 18 classes in Xinzao Vocational School in Panyu District as subjects to carry on the empirical analysis.The results of the teaching practice shows that the application of the assessment method in the physical education classroom of secondary vocational school can effectively stimulate the enthusiasm of students' learning,make the teaching more effective,improve the students' professional physical quality,and improve the level of physical education teaching in the secondary vocational school.The paper is innovative in the following aspects.Firstly,the paper probes deeply into the actual conditions of physical education;on the basis of truth and accuracy,the paper explores appropriate assessment systems.Secondly,Delphi Method is employed to determine assessment indexes of comprehensive quality,which reflects different influence factors of P.E.class in secondary vocational schools in a more objective and comprehensive way.Thirdly,the paper applies Analytic Hierarchy Process in the quality assessment of physical education,providing theoretical preference for the quality assessment and theoretical foundation for the construction of quality assessment system of physical education in secondary vocational schools.Fourly,this paper regards the teaching process as the process of information transmission,analyzes the interaction and interrelation of each index,and analyzes the embodiment and optimization of each teaching quality evaluation index in the course of teaching by using the theory of educational information;Lastly,the feasibility of applying the quality evaluation system to practice is illustrated by the example.
