The teachers’ professional happiness in education career is directly related to his treatment of the work, and then affects the way he treats the students, so the teachers’ professional happiness ought to be brought to the attention of the whole society, this article will research on the topics related to teachers’ professional happiness. This paper uses the method of questionnaire survey, takes some teachers of high school in Liuzhou as an example to teachers’ professional happiness. This paper is divided into six parts: the first part is the research background, mainly introduces the reason selected of topic. The second part is the research status and significance, mainly introduces the work of other scholars interested in teachers’ professional happiness.The third part is the research methods, mainly introduces the high school teachers’ professional happiness scale and the implementation process of the questionnaire survey.The fourth part is the data analysis, mainly introduces how to use the statistical software to analyze the survey data.The fifth part is the research conclusion and related analysis and discussion. The sixth part is the advice to improve the teachers’ professional happiness.The seven part is about the advantages and disadvantages of this study, for later scholars as reference.
