| School-enterprise cooperation in vocational colleges covering multilateral actors, including governments, universities, industries and enterprises. It is also multi-influenced by social and economic development, market and industrial structure and colleges’educational philosophy and strength, which makes the operation of the mechanism of university-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges complicate. With the constant development of social economy in our country today, to build a long-acting mechanism of university-enterprise cooperation is not an easy task, the government, industries, colleges and universities are all faced with many difficulties. This article is precisely conducted under such a background. The author working on the basic statistics and analysis of our first39national backbone higher vocational colleges of university-enterprise cooperation, trying to gain a thorough understanding of the university-enterprise cooperation mechanism and find the path suited to the long-term mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation from these39cases.The first part of the article analyzes the profile of school-enterprise cooperation, including the concept of vocational colleges, school-enterprise cooperation and mechanisms, and made a simple answer to the question that what is the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism. Also, in this section the author also discusses the main participant, the process and collaboration features of the cooperation.The second part analyzes the basic cooperation situation of the first39national backbone higher vocational colleges, and analyzes the current situation and problems and part of the reasons as well, basing on the three main actors:government, industries and enterprises, Colleges.In the third part, the author analyzed the school-enterprise cooperation mechanisms of Germany, Australia and United States and summarized their experiences, such as:sound legal system, authoritative and efficient industry organization, flexible and diversified financing methods professional qualification authentication system and so on.The fourth part is based on the analysis of the second and third part. In this part, the author puts forward some suggestions on the development of school-enterprise cooperation mechanism through three aspects:the organization of cooperation, the rules and regulations of cooperation and the mechanism for cooperation based on its main participant. |
