Classroom problem behavior is one of the most common educational problems in middle school classroom teaching, and it has been the focus of domestic and foreign scholars.The average age of junior high school students between the ages of 12 to 15 years old, enter the initial stage of puberty, is a full of hope and vitality, and full of distress and the confused times. Students at this stage or near the beginning of mature in physiology and psychology, the level of understanding, emotional experience and self adjustment ability have made rapid development. Junior high school students are contradictions in more physical and emotional a period of instability.Facing the pressure of school, junior high school students’ characteristics of the bad mood is different from other stages. These characteristics of junior high school students to make them produce a variety of problem behaviors in the classroom, which is different from primary school pupils and high school students. Classroom behavior problems in daily classroom teaching appear very common, serious impact on the development of students and improve the teaching level. From the beginning of 1960 s, domestic and foreign scholars on the classroom problem behavior has been widely studied and achieved fruitful results. Specifically, the domestic and foreign scholars mainly from psychology, education and sociology is researched face classroom problem behavior. Under the background of the new curriculum, classroom management objectives, ways and means have changed greatly. Asked by the concern to growth by force control to the mutual communication, by external punishment to the internal motivation, truly reflects the equal dialogue between teachers and students, give more humanistic care to students in the classroom. Junior high school classroom problem behavior is very common in classroom teaching of, if insufficient attention or not handled properly will not only cause between teachers and students in the conflict and the problem of classroom discipline, disturb normal classroom teaching activities, but also affect the students physical and mental health development. Therefore, to create a humanistic teaching environment, improve the quality of life in the classroom of both teachers and students must minimize the classroom problem behavior. The junior high school students are in adolescence, drastic changes in physiological, enter the life development of the second peak, mainly for secondary sex characteristics and sexual maturation. The physical effects that gender differences between male and female students in junior high school is obvious, therefore, this paper takes the junior middle school students as the research object.This paper mainly to the junior middle school students present situation of Ideological and moral classroom problem behavior analysis, find out current caused by students’ classroom problem behavior of the main factors, and put forward how to deal with these problems. This article mainly includes three parts:The first part mainly discusses the basic theoretical problems of the junior middle school students’ Ideological and moral course. First of all, in this part of the definition of junior high school students ideological and moral course of the meaning of the problem behavior. Secondly, it analyzes the factors that influence the behavior of students in classroom, which are: the time and place, the nature of the event, the frequency of occurrence, and the attitude of the teacher. Finally, the standards and characteristics of the behavior of the junior middle school students are put forward.The second part mainly discusses the present situation of classroom problem behavior of junior high school students thought, and analyze its influencing factors. The classroom problem behavior of junior high school students thought is divided into behavior and psychological aspects of the moral aspects of the two categories. That the main factors are: four aspects of students’ own factors, school factors, family factors, social factors.The third part mainly expounds how to efficiently handle the problem behavior of junior high school students in Ideological and moral education class, namely according to the influencing factors of problem behavior of junior high school students, to find a solution. First of all, under the guidance of teachers and students to help, improve the ability of self education; secondly, strengthen school management, improve two aspects separately from the ideological and moral teachers and education managers. Again, create a good family education environment, strengthen ideological and moral teachers and students’ parents, implementation of home school cooperation. Finally, the author from the purification of social education to create a good atmosphere of the political science social atmosphere, create three aspects of supervision and management of the cultural market’s proposal to increase the community education environment, good.
