A Study On The Professional Ethics Education Of Students Management Staffs In Higher Vocational Colleges

With the development of the society, higher vocational education is developing vigorously, and its development largely depends on the comprehensive quality of students management cadres in higher vocational colleges. Professional ethics, as an important part of comprehensive quality, plays a fatal role in that. As a result, the professional ethics education of students management cadres becomes more and more important in higher vocational colleges.This paper can be divided into three parts.Part one: professional ethics of students management cadres in higher vocational colleges has distinctive features, including: in order to realize the training goal of the front- line technical personnel, students management cadres are required to focus on“manage”; implementing the education mode, which regards skill education as the core, requires students management cadres to take the professional ethics education as the main content; training creative talents, which cares for the society with skills,requires students management cadres to focus on the education of abiding the law and trustworthiness. All of these characteristics determine the connotation of professional ethics education of students management cadres, including justice and rule of law, rigorous and pragmatic, honest and trustworthy and dedicated love life.Part two: Major problems of professional ethics education of students management cadres in higher vocational colleges lie in these three aspects: the ignorance of professional ethics self education awareness of some students management cadres, the imperfection of construction and evaluation mechanism of professional ethics education of students management cadres as well as the frequency of negative cultural public opinions on professional ethics education of them. Main reasons for these problems include: personal professional ethics quality of students management cadres needs to be promoted, the management mechanism of highervocational colleges needs to be improved and good social environment needs to be created.Part three: The practice path of the professional ethics education of students management cadres in higher vocational colleges mainly includes: self improvement,system construction and cultural construction. In terms of self improvement, students management cadres need to establish a people-oriented educational concept,concentrate on theoretical study, and strengthen professional morality. In terms of system construction, schools are requires to perfect rules and regulations, strengthen professional ethics education, establish and improve the professional ethics evaluation mechanism as well as the professional moral evaluation of the reward and punishment.In terms of cultural construction, we should strengthen the propaganda of public opinion, set up a typical model, optimize the campus cultural environment, cultivate professional sense of honor, and create a social and cultural environment which respects management cadres in higher vocational colleges...
