Inquiry teaching can give full play to st udents’ subjective initiative, which is conducive to the cultivation of students’ exploration spirit and practical ability, which opens up a new space for deepenin g education reform in our country. In this paper, the theory and practice of the com bination of the m ethod of junior high school biology inquiry teaching research. This paper m ainly includes the following aspects of the research on the application of the biological inquiry teaching in junior middle school.Firstly, the feasibility of exploring teach ing in junior high sc hool biology class is analyzed theoretically. From the perspective of the junior high school biology textbooks, based on the new curriculum of junior hi gh school biology textbooks for junior m iddle school biology inquiry teaching pro vides close to real life learning m aterial, for junior high school biology classroom inquiry activit y provides suf ficient exploration and communication space; f rom junior high school students’ angle of view, junior high school students of curious about things, dare to doubt all the psychological and physiological characteristics of learning, is also in accordance with the inquiry teaching on the subject of learning; from the teacher’s point of view, under the strong support of the country, abilities an d qualities of biology teachers in junior middle schools h ave been improving the stability of the, to carry out for junior middle school biology teaching and inquiry teaching laid a solid foundation. To this end, fro m the teaching materials, students and teachers from three perspectives, the implementation of junior high school biology classroom teaching is feasible.Secondly, it explores the methods of inquiry teaching in junior high school biology class. Inquiry teaching should include the following aspects: in the junior middle school biology classroom questions, according to th e characteristics of students, cultivate students’ active questioning interest, and guide students to the profound problems; make assumptions, according to the problems, based on the proposed can verify the validity of the hypothesis; plan for in addition to the di fferent conditions, other test conditions the same experiment, and to determine the experimental variables and determine the control conditions; implementation plan, begin to implement specific experiments, in the course of implementing the plan should be m ade by standard experim ental apparatus and proper experimental materials and record th e real experim ental data; the conclusion, based on the experimental data obtained, the correct ness of the assum ption the conclusion at the sam e time, pay more at tention to the unsuccessful experim ental analysis.Finally, in the research structure of flowers and pollination, classroom, for example, in the specific case, described how in the junior middle school biology classroom uses the method to carry out inquiry teaching, in order to achieve the theoretical research and practical research of the combination and unification.
