Special education is the social civilized progress, education fairness, the important symbol of modernization of education, to promote the development of special education, is the inevitable requirement of building a harmonious socialist society.Purpose: through the five districts of chengdu special physical education present situation research, promote the development of special physical education. Methods:this article USES the literature material law, questionnaire investigation, interview method. Conclusion: 1 chengdu city special education school sports venues construction in line with national standards. 2 prepare the lack of PE teachers, teachers have a relatively young age structure, between the ages of 22 to 30, accounted for 66.7% of the total five city special physical education teachers; Degree level to high level development. 3 students between the ages of 6 to 18 years, concentrated expression in 8to 15 years old, have been moderately severe disability. 4 number of school physical education, scheduling, and divide into classes in accordance with national requirements,the sports teaching content is given priority to with traditional items, sports teaching method is single, lack of innovation and targeted, moderate exercise. Five students of physical education, like show high enthusiasm and attitude to physical education teachers is slightly lower than the former. Physical education teachers and students in physical education goal of cognitive differences, sports teaching goal of target situation is not optimistic. 7 school sports education lack of unified teaching materials, the use of the teaching material lack of pertinence, classroom teaching content exist blindness and randomness. Extracurricular activities is given priority to with school and community;Participate in the fixed form, lack of fusion and the social people; Affected by multiple factors, to participate in extracurricular activities. 9 parents expressed support for students to participate in physical exercise, the hope school physical education, to get more knowledge of sports fitness rehabilitation. 10 school sports education demand isbigger, mainly location equipment and training of teachers’ professionalization and unified teaching materials. Advice: 1 optimize sports equipment, ensure the material basis. 2 strengthen the teacher training and scientific research ability, improve the teaching level. 3 unified teaching materials, subject norm. 4 schools to carry out sports activities regularly and competition, improve the students’ personality development. 5 to strengthen families and schools, to promote the healthy growth of the students...
