Purpose: Swimming movement and rich environment is studied and discussed the influence of model rats learning and memory ability of autism and neurobehavioral effect through the PSD- 95 protein expression level reveals the influence mechanism.Methods:This experiment by means of pregnancy by intraperitoneal injection of 12.5 days of Wistar rats VPA600mg/kg(VPA concentration of 250 mg/ml), reproduce the pups to behavioral detection for autism in rats, and the experiment pups. At the same time pregnant mice celiac injection of physiological saline as normal controls, 21 days weaning. 23 days after their birth experimental intervention, the experiment is divided into five groups: blank control group,control group,swimming group, rich environmental,swimming+rich environmental group.Swimming for 3:00 PM every day- at 4:30 in the 30 + /- 1 ℃ water temperature for 1.5 hours of moderate exercise load training, training of eight weeks.
