Research On The Effect Of Swimming Exercises On The Exercise Performance Of Children With Mild Autism

With the increasing number of autistic children,it has become a relatively serious social problem.Surrounding autism,although the researchers perspective through a variety of efforts to explore the effective intervention and resolution strategy,but did not make clear the etiology of children with autism research,there are only scholars prove through the sports intervention to ease the symptoms of autism and improvement,and it also can be autistic children patients with other aspects of the ability at the same time corresponding improvement.In this paper,literature research method,interview method,mathematical statistics method and other methods were used to randomly select 14 autistic children in the primary or mild stage of autism to carry out swimming practice for 20 weeks among the autistic children participating in swimming public benefit course,and the changes of their motor ability indicators were studied.Through 20 weeks of swimming exercise,children with autism BMI decreased more than 0.5 accounted for 71.4% of the subjects,illustrate swimming exercise can make the BMI is on the decline of the body,through your feet go on line reflects the coordination,of which 50% of autistic children feet go on line test of time more than2 seconds,improved coordination.In some autistic children,the balance of standing time with one foot closed eyes can be improved to a certain extent,and it can be seen from the change range of left and right feet that the improvement effect of right foot is better than that of left foot.Swimming exercises did have an effect on their lower limb strength.Although the increase was varied and showed individual differences,there was an overall trend of increase.The flexibility index also increased to a certain extent,which had a certain effect on both autistic children whose BMI was in the mean range and autistic children whose BMI was in the overweight or obese range,with a greater and more significant impact on the obesity or overweight range.Through the research on the sports ability of autistic children,it also found some problems in the rehabilitation of this vulnerable group,and put forward some Suggestions for reference,such as: Country for rehabilitation of children with autism,should take some measures to open a green channel to funding or support their families,increase the number of children with autism rehabilitation school,increase the investment in rehabilitation school teachers and training efforts,in the society to carry out a variety of channels of propaganda and education,encourage society to give them a certain degree of help,more development way of rehabilitation method,on the curriculum to absorb the foreign rehabilitation training for autistic children in using the latest methods,strengthen the ideological and moral education of autistic children Kang Fushi,shape the values,pay attention to the development of ethics,More careful,love,sense of responsibility,perseverance to care for children with autism,to help them.
