Private college is an important part of higher education in our country. Young teachers are the main force of teachers in private colleges.In this paper, through the analysis of the development status of the private college in the past ten years, this paper reveals the background of the study, and points out the significance of the research from three aspects,such as the reality, the theory and the policy, and so on. At the same time,after combing the domestic and foreign research status related to this topic, this paper expounds the theoretical basis of the young teacher’s incentive path.Subsequently, based on private CY college the micro individual, this paper adopts theoretical analysis, questionnaire survey, individual interviews and other research methods, the demand of young teachers,demand satisfaction, incentive path structure, incentive effect and incentive path characteristics and problems of detailed empirical analysis.On the basis of this, this paper based on the people of this principle,fair principle, competition principle, a variety of incentive path organic combination of principle, put forward, in the limited resources of the private college reality should be not for some, from private colleges can do and did not do and understand the needs of young teachers, effective balance of young teachers diversified needs, pay attention to young teachers growth features of the career, build a perfect private college young teachers incentive path of multi promoting mechanism four aspects countermeasures and suggestions to encourage the path. Especially pointed out that in the private college young teachers material demand incentive path could not relatively fully and effectively meet reality,focusing on the implementation of effective spiritual demand incentive path, stimulate young teachers and private college of business with the career development sense of importance. Finally, this article briefly fromthe unified ideological understanding, system and personnel, resources and other aspects of the implementation of incentive measures to implement the measures.The research of young teachers’ incentive path of private college is worth to pay attention to. I hope this research can play a useful role.
