In the process of development,vocational education provides a large number of skilled talents for the country and society,thus solving the problem of shortage of talents to a large extent and promoting the development of the market economy.This development has benefited from the policy support of the country.With the strong support of the state,private higher vocational colleges have gained excellent opportunities for development.China's private higher vocational colleges and universities have extremely important development potential in terms of social recognition,state support,and the popularity of universities.It has become a very important component of higher education.However,at present,the development of private higher vocational colleges in China is subject to state policies,funds,social traditional ideas,and other reasons,so that its teacher construction is in a difficult situation and urgently needs to be changed,especially as the main body of the private teacher team.For the construction of young teachers,There is the problem of insufficient incentive mechanism,the lack of effective incentive will make the overall enthusiasm of young teachers in a relatively low level,the result will inevitably affect the overall development of private higher vocational colleges,which has become the focus of this study.This paper takes DS College as an example to study the incentive management of young teachers 'teachers' teams in private higher vocational colleges.After investigating the status quo of incentives management for young teachers in DS College,it is found that:At present,there are some problems in the motivation management of young teachers in private higher vocational colleges in China,such as lagging ideas of motivation,imperfect performance management system,and insufficient spiritual motivation for young teachers.Adjust the procedure flow,release the individuality space;Optimize the evaluation system and stimulate the enthusiasm of the work;Increase training opportunities for personal development;To simplify the promotion conditions and meet the development expectations,we hope to solve the problems in the motivation of young teachers in private higher vocational colleges and enhance the enthusiasm of young teachers in private higher vocational colleges.
