“Clean-up” Situation In Changsha City Golf Development Research

In 2014, as the government issued the notice about clean-up measures to implement the golf course and after the state council on accelerating the development of sports industry, promote the sports consumption of the several opinions of the release, golf is about to enter a new period in China, and will likely become a turning period of the development of golf in China.Under the background of such a policy, how to regulate it is particularly important to healthy and orderly development of Changsha city golf. Golf with Changsha as the research object in this study, by using the method of documentary, expert interview, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics method, field research method, logic analysis method for the opening of a golf professional colleges and universities related experts and scholars, as well as the relevant personnel within the golf industry(professional player,golf enthusiasts, golf managers) of the investigation and study, find out the problems existing in the development, and puts forward corresponding Suggestions. For under the "clean-up" situation the development of Changsha city golf research conclusion:(1) Changsha city golf before the "clean-up" problems are: course construction is not standard, club consumer prices and operation and maintenance cost is high,course lack of technology and management talents,public participation is not high and the business model of a single, golf teaching system is imperfect, such problems as not enough golf education of teenagers.(2) After the "clean-up", Changsha’s impact on the development of golf has: ban or rectification is not standard, Changsha golf club, the ball, to sell the shop and some related tourism industry, real estate management benefit greatly decline, club participation people fell, the core population decline,the enrollment of university also reduces the golf professional student.(3) After the "clean-up", the development trend of Changsha city golf are: the policy will be more and more strict, the club will be more and more scientific management, personnel training aspects will be more and more perfect, people’s understanding of golf will be more and more positive.For the above conclusion to give the rationalization suggestion:(1) To strengthen the policy guidance, specifications for the golf industry;(2) Raising the management level;(3) Improving the quality of golf training;(4) Using a variety of ways to return to the sport of golf properties.
