Based on the current situation of five universities in Sichuan students management, research and analysis: first of all, the management system of foreign students in my province conducted the research of current situation,including formal type of student management system, organizational setup and operation, management mode; on the basis of organizational behavior theory to analyze the characteristics of student management; Secondly, pay attention to the specific management content, such as, the enrollment of overseas students, teaching method, daily life; In order to find problems in the management, through the questionnaire samples to analyze data,with descriptive statistics; Then, we try to use the method of business management--SWOT analysis, research the overseas education in Sichuan province, from internal educational resources and external macroscopic environment, to find out strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the management, providing a reference point for the students to develop management strategies.
