As the rapid development of Chinese economy, more and more foreigners are attracted to China to learn Chinese. Because of geographical advantages and the relationship with Chinese culture, the number of international students that come from South Korean becomes the most. Even so, these South Korean students in China also have a lot of cross-cultural adaptation issues.Therefore, we take South Korean students as the research object, to study their language adaptation, life adaptation, psychological adaptation and culture adaptation using the method of questionnaire. And the research shows that South Korean students are in the middle level in these four aspects. Among them, the life adaptation is the worst.In terms of language adaptation, gender has a significant impact on it. And men’s language adapt ability is better than women; in addition, the Chinese learning level also has a significant influence on the language adaptation, the higher the level of Chinese, the better the language adaptation.In terms of life adaptation, gender has a significant impact on it. And men’s language adapt ability is better than women’s; while tuition sources have a significant impact on the life adaption, and students who own scholarship perform better in this aspect than that of students who live on their own expense.In terms of psychological adaptation, gender has a significant impact on it. And men’s language adapt ability is better than women’s; at the same time, whether have learning purpose "interested in Chinese language and culture" or not also have a significant impact on the psychological adaptation. And the students who own this study object of psychological adaptation are better than the students who own not.In terms of culture adaptation, gender has a significant impact on it. And women’s language adapt ability is better than that of men; furthermore, tuition sources also have a significant impact on the cultural adaptation students, the adaptation of students who own scholarship is better than that of students who live on their own expense. At the same time, whether have learning objectives "interested in Chinese language and Chinese culture" and "get a degree or academic Achievement" or not also have a significant impact on culture adaptation students.Finally, this paper gives Chinese teaching, relevant managing departments and South Korean Students some suggestions which based on the research findings. For instance, the teacher should give boys and girls equal attention; and it is very necessary that the relevant departments should provide more social support for international students and improve Beijing’s environment, traffic and service problem. South Korean students should learn some Chinese and own explicit learning objectives before they come to China, which will have a great benefit on South Korean Students ’cross-cultural adaptation.
