In the book "Tao Te Ching",Lao Tzu believed that water is the same as "Tao". As the closest thing which walk to "Tao", the nature of water represent the nature of "Tao". So, Water is like Infinity. "Tao" exists in everything in the world, and it has an indelible influence on everything, therefore the nature of water can affect everything, too.From the theory to action, Tai chi has so many similarities with water, there are so many point in Tai chi works explained with the imagination and features of water. Nowadays, there are so many works on the relationship between the thoughts of Water is like Infinity and Tai chi, but the studies on the relationship between the thoughts of Water is like Infinity and the system of relax and static in Tai chi is few, so this research is a necessity.With the method of literature, logical analysis and participate in the research, this research can obtain the following conclusions:1."Tao" exsit in everything, as the closest thing to "Tao", the nature of water represent the nature of "Tao".Various quality of water has enlightening significance in the world, and the same time, they also have a positive impact on enhance the understanding of things, including Tai chi.2.Loose and static is the key in Tai chi. The strength can not go through if we don’t relax. it’s difficult to appreciate the content of Tai Chi if we can’t be static. "Loose" always go throughout the Tai Chi. "Loose" in Tai Chi is divided into five distinct stages:loose, loose to soft, loose to heavy, loose cleaning and loose to deal with all.3.The thoughts of Water is like Infinity tell us:soft and hard make water. Although water always soft, sometimes water express hard which can shock us. As the same, the thought that there is only loose in Tai Chi is not right. Softness and hardness make water reflects in Tai Chi is relaxing combinate to tightness.4."Static" is everywhere in Tai Chi.The "static" system in Tai chi have five realms: quiet, calm, infinity, the set and empty. The characteristics of water can support some guide in improving the realm of static in Tai Chi.
