Education is the foundation of a country.China's economic and social development is in a period of rapid growth.It requires a large number of high-quality talents to contribute its own strength.Therefore,the importance of education is self-evident.School weariness is a relatively serious psychological problem encountered by students in their study career.It is considered to be the top ten psychological problems in the world.Because it seriously affects the growth and development of students,it has been paid attention by schools,families and society.The study selected the tiresome problem as the starting point of this study.In this study,the students of X Primary School in Nantong City were used as the research object.First,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the school weariness of the whole school,and then two cases of serious school weariness were involved in case social work intervention.The study found that nearly half of the students have a slight tendency to weariness,and some of them have a serious feeling of weariness.The main behavioral consequences of the school's students being tired of learning are low academic performance,inattentiveness in class,inability to complete homework,and no interest in school life.At the same time,the reasons for the school 's students being tired of learning mainly include their own poor ability to resist frustration,a strong sense of inferiority,lack of motivation to learn,and poor interpersonal relationships;and family factors include poor family environment,wrong family education concepts and negative Family background;school factors include the negative teacher-student relationship caused by large class teaching,outdated teaching methods and teaching content,single evaluation standard,and lack of quality education.Based on the question investigation,combined with rational emotional behavior therapy,this study carried out four stages of intervention for the two clients,from psychological diagnosis to helping them understand their own rational and irrational beliefs,and then help them in-depth analysis and Debating their irrational beliefs and finally helping them rebuild a healthy new rationality,the theory can help clients improve their academic weariness in a short time.The study found that when the rational emotional behavior theory is used for practical guidance,the two cases have different emphases in the four stages of intervention because of the different reasons for learning dislike and theconsequences of learning behavior.Lack of learning motivation for case one is the main reason for learning aversion.The school-learning behaviors caused by it can not be concentrated on listening to the class.When you do n't understand,you can give up directly and you ca n't complete the work independently.Deepen parental communication,reconstruct teacher-student relationship,formulate learning goals and reward mechanism for introduction.The main reason for the second study case of the client is a strong sense of inferiority,which will affect the interpersonal communication of the students.Focus on building self-confidence,family understanding,rebuilding teacher-student relationship,and building friendship.At the end of this study,based on the investigation of the school weariness of X primary school students and the experience of individual social work intervention,the following suggestions are proposed: first,establish a green channel for parents and schools to communicate in real time;In the work,increase the diversity of intervention methods;third,according to the different characteristics of the client,we need to combine different theories to guide the practice.In addition,the biggest problem faced by social workers in this study is the dilemma of lack of parental cooperation and the problem of how to continue to have a positive impact after improvement.
