Music as a unique art category can bring subtle influence to human mind and its great encouragement and confidence, edify our sentiment as well as to make our life rich and colorful. With the rapid development of economy in our country, music education overall level also in unceasing enhancement, the 2001 edition \ "music course standard\" since the trial, the present situation of the elementary school music teaching indeed had the very big improvement and the enhancement, this is mainly embodied in:the standardization of the primary school music classroom teaching; The diversification of teaching content and form; The diversity of teaching methods;Classroom teaching is with the person this, pay attention to students’ development, etc.Counties of shandong province city while in the framework of national curriculum standard actively doing the improvement work, but in the actual teaching equipment input, equipped with teachers, the security of education funds, leaders at all levels of importance there is a big gap.Jining yutai now also in actively promote the new curriculum reform work,investment in the primary school music teaching equipment, the introduction of teachers and other jobs more than ever, especially yutai county primary school music teaching good situation are presented., due to the unbalanced economic development of the city schools and village, the village of better equipment in the funds investment,teacher is equipped with a larger difference. Yutai county as the research object,therefore, in more than 20 elementary school yutai randomly selected 12 primary schools, and USES the interview method, questionnaire survey, on-the-spot investigation method, and the comparison of statistical analysis methods such as the 12 primary school music teaching present situation investigation, the results of classification, sorting, analysis, for singing lessons, appreciation course, instrumental music and music activities(societies) and other relevant classifies the shortcomings inthe course of music teaching activities, again, the equipment and materials from the perspective of teachers, students, music teachers teaching methods and teaching idea,the parents view of music and other aspects of the analysis of the system, find out the main problems of yutai county primary school music teaching, quality education concept understanding deviation, grassroots leaders of music degree insufficiency, the music teachers in primary schools level needs to be improved, students’ learning enthusiasm is not high music, music teaching resources is not balanced. To find effective countermeasures to solve these problems: to renew the idea of music quality education, emphasis on music teaching with aesthetic education, implementing the policy of music teachers’ please come in and go out to raise the level of teachers,improve the method of teaching music to improve students’ learning enthusiasm,strengthen music education funds investment. Hope to music education workers have certain help, improve the work of teaching music. For leadership in the future music education decision on a bit of advice are put forward.
