Most of the secondary vocational school students will be arranged to business practice, Internship can promote students to master the skill, familiar with enterprise, understand the society, thus Secondary vocational students can adapt to social development upon graduation, at the same time, it can also increase employment competitiveness. But there are many problems in the internship process, especially the secondary vocational student internship. The paper takes c ulinary academy of S school as the research object, using questionnaires and interview survey analyzes the current situation and the reasons for the loss of Secondary vocational students Internship and proposed concrete solutions in order to provide refe rence for vocational schools practice management.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part of the preface, describes the background and significance of this paper, the relevant domestic and foreign literature were reviewed, and specialty cooking classes, internships loss, internship management concept is defined; The second part describes the basic situation S vocational schools and Culinary Institute, explained the survey, survey content and questionnaire design process, and analize the current situation of Secondary vocational students Internship loss with the survey data statistical; The third part is based on the second part discusses the reasons of the loss of S vocational school internship, including individual students, schools and personal problems; The fourth part put forward against the secondary vocational student’s internship erosion solutions, make recommendations for individual Secondary vocational students, schools, businesses and government respectively.The fifth part is the conclusion part of this article.By analizing loss of internship of the student of C ulinary Institute in S school, this paper draws the conclusions as follows: First of all, the school should strengthen the secondary vocational student internship management, from the early internship preparation to the supervision 、assessment and guidance through internship process. Second, enterprises should provide a good working environment for Secondary vocational students, strengthen training and management, give adequate care and guidance, and promote their adaption as soon as possible and get in harmony with colleagues, reduces the interns of frustration. Finally, the government as the leading department should strengthen the education of vocational schools standardization, at the same time to give necessary preferential policies to promote enterprise to accept secondary interns.
