According to the requirements of the curriculum in the new, the student-centered teaching concept is gradually replacing the knowledge-centered. As a basic course in High school, politics not only bears the function of education, but also inspires intelligence,which pay attention to their knowledge and the cultivation of observing, processing and deal with problems. To achieve these purposes, the choice of teaching strategy is particularly important. And the Question-inquiry Teaching is a good choice which adapts to the current trend of curriculum reform and benefits to the development of students’ minds.In the current political class, more and more teachers are able to bring " Question-inquiry " in teaching. However, there are still some problems which deserve reflection.In the light of new curriculum concept, the paper, which is based on ideological and political theory, with the help of practical teaching experience, makes a research on " Question-inquiry".The essay includes five parts. First, the "Question-inquiry" is analyzed from the theory point, which includes research purpose, feasibility and research methods. Secondly, some study is reviewed including concept, methods, evaluation, etc, on the basis of searching domestic and overseas document. Thirdly, the thesis makes an introduction of the concept, features and the theory ground. And try to make a construction of teaching mode. Fourthly, the thesis gives in-depth analysis to the significance, current status of "Question-inquiry", and analyzes the reasons to the problems. Finally, some good advice is put forward to optimize the teaching strategy.including on the basis of students, building the rational and scientific problems from students, dealing with the class "closed" and "put" relationship, building developing evaluation mode and setting up a learning community between teachers and students. Besides that, the author designs a learning task list and an Evaluation sheet to make it much more practical and instructional.
