Some poor students in vocational and inferiority complex because of poor family, for the words and deeds of others do not behave most sensitive, particularly in relation to himself things would have more intense reactions. For a long time to go, in order not to embarrass poor students, set deep inside a barrier, less ingratiate themselves with people, away from the group, and slowly formed and autistic introverted personality. Therefore, the study of Poor Students of great significance. Positive psychology emphasizes the positive aspects of the quality of human research, the full discovery potential of human innate power, so as to promote the comprehensive development of the individual and society. Based on the positive psychology perspective of poverty for poor students to study psychology.Firstly, the definition of related concepts, including several aspects of student poverty, economic poverty, mental poverty, and lay the foundation for the analysis of the text, followed by the poor economic status of students and funding situation is described in detail, for the economic poverty and mental poverty related research to elaborate. In light of this, the paper carried out the investigation of psychological problems of poor students, Hunan Normal College, part of the vocational Enrollment Hunan Agricultural University students as the main subject of investigation by a questionnaire to gain insight into the causes of poor students in economic poverty, and understand its negative effects, including both subjective and objective, the objective reasons including social background differences, regional differences, home emergency situation, subjective reasons, including differences in parents’ educational level or occupation, the population differences in the home or other burdens, hard working individuals the degree of difference. Finally, because of poverty and generate a negative impact for the author puts forward some countermeasures, including poverty reduction strategies and psychological well-being concept of education, and proposed the establishment of positive psychology Poor Students’ Psychological Poverty Education. Poor Students poverty measures include strengthening mental health education of poor students, the establishment of the psychological problems of poor students intervention mechanism to strengthen mental health counselors have the knowledge base construction and management experience, playing the role of student cadre, regular mental health evaluation establishment of Poor Students ’Psychological aspects archives, use positive psychology to establish Poor Students’ Psychological Poverty educational model will include the construction of the system helping poor students, poor students to enhance positive emotional experience, poor students to actively shape their character, train poor students positive psychological perception, poor students to build positive social support systems. Finally, on the application of positive psychology in education of poor students achieved remarkable results in the description to the problem of poverty for Poor Students existing theory and practice play a role.
