During the "11th Five Years Plan" Period, the three majortasks of China's education work are consolidating andpopularizing nine-year compulsory education, vigorouslydeveloping vocational education and improving the quality ofhigher education. At present, China's vocational educationreform and development has entered a new stage . Everyvocational colleges insist the idea of marketization mode torun a school, and follow the running principle ofemployment-oriented, technical training. The level of runningschools has been continuously enhanced. Secondary vocationaleducation is not only the foundation of vocational educationalcause, but also is the important foundation of our economic andsocial development and an essential component of nationaleducation system. It plays an important role in many respectslike improving the quality of workers, promoting the new-typeindustrialization road, accelerating labor force incountryside to transfer, and speeding up constructing theSocialist New Countryside. At present, however, some juniorhigh school graduates cannot accept secondary vocationaleducation successfully because of families financialdifficulties; some secondary vocational school students frompoor families cannot finish their studies as a result ofineffective assistance; and a number of poor students broughtpsychological problems by the reason of family poverty. Theseproblems have restricted the sound development of secondaryvocational school. So solve these problems is a very urgentissue for China's secondary vocational education. Therefore,it plays a very important role in enhancing the studies on someanti-poverty of secondary vocational school poor students andbuilding a sound financial aid system for them.In this paper it explores the settlements of the poverty problems of secondary vocational school students by describing the cause and the situation, and on the basis of analyzing the cause of problems. This paper divided into four parts.The first part is introduction which put forward mainly on the background of the causing problems of Secondary vocational school's poor students, the significance of the study, the definition of the concept, research ideas and methods.The second part describes the current situation and existing problems of secondary vocational school's poor students. There are a large number of these students; rural and urban poor families' have many children and more poor girl-students. This paper describes the level of poor students in the life of learning and psychological problems and so on. These issues have serious impact on the development of health and psychology of secondary vocational school's poor students.The third part, the paper analyzes the reason caused many "material poverty" of secondary vocational school's poor students; and on the other hand, It analyzes the reason causing the "psychological poverty" .The fourth part brings up the strategy to help the secondary vocational school's poor students' out. This part is the key point of this paper and the aim for this study. Sticking to the "human-oriented" concept and focusing on kinds of problems of certain students as stated above, useful and effective ways and methods to solve these problems are put forward in this paper.
