The Effectiveness Research Of Ideological And Political Education Of The National Defense Students In Universities

This thesis, with the topic of "the effectiveness of the ideological and political education of the national defense students" and the basis of the general survey of the students, aims to analyze and study the typical problems in the ideological and political education of the national defense students with integrated and relative theory of modern ideological and political education as well as detailed analyses and discuss framework, to probe into specific ways of improving the effectiveness of the education, so as to perfect the training system of the national defense students, to put forward references for their development and to promote the management standard and quality of their education.In the first part of the thesis, the author focuses on the demonstration of the effectiveness of ideological and political education of the national defense students; the effectiveness refers to the positive effects of the relative education activities on realizing the goals and satisfying the needs of educating the national defense students. In the second part, he mainly analyzes the results of researches, especially the four typical problems of the national defense students reflected in the researches, respectively, obscure position of themselves, they are not able to keep the balance between studying and taking military training; lacking of the motivation of study, which results in unsatisfactory academic records; little acquaintance of the army and less confidence in self-development and negative attitude towards life without deep self-perception. In addition, the author claims the need of strengthening the effectiveness of the education of the students by discussing the general research results of the students and in the third part he analyzes the reasons that result in the ineffectiveness of the education of the students in detail, respectively from the point view of concept, methods, content and mechanism. Then he points out that the key factors that lead to the ineffectiveness of the education are mainly four, in other words, lag of the concept, imbalance between the content, lacking of variety of methods and mechanism of ideological and political education. Finally, the author manages to put forward some four main suggestions from the perspectives of updating the concept, enriching the content, innovating the methods and perfect the mechanism of the ideological and political education to solve the specific problems and to improve the effectiveness of the ideological and political education of the national defense students.
