On To Enhance The Effectiveness Of The College Daily National Defense Education

National Defense Education in colleges and universities is a subsystem of the National Defense Education System of our country, and Daily National Defense Education in colleges and universities is an important part of the normal National Defense Education in colleges and universities. Daily National Defense Education in colleges and universities is the embodiment and the routinization in form of the content of the normal National Defense Education in colleges and universities. But there are some differences and relations in educational object and educational goal between them. The effectiveness of Daily National Defense Education in colleges and universities is the objective evaluation to the process and results of itself. When we establish the evaluation standards of the effectiveness, three dimensions (including the efficiency, benefit and result) should be considered. That is:the efficiency part is the feasible degree and convenient level in the operation of Daily National Defense Education; the benefit part is the input-output ratio and the satisfied degree in social needs of it; the result part is the scientific in contents, and the ideological change patterns in educational object and the degree of coincidence in acceptance capability. Paying attention to effectiveness is the basic idea and fundamental requirement of the Daily National Defense Education. In this paper, with the investigation to nine universities and colleges in Changsha, we conclude that efficiency of the Daily National Defense Education in colleges and universities is not high, the benefit is not good and the result is not great. These are caused by the late start of institutionalization, the imperfect of mechanism, ignoring the accept ability of subjects, prejudice in ideology, low power in economic and etc. We start the strategy research based on the effectiveness exploration of Daily National Defense Education. Then, we analyze how to improve the efficiency by establishing the operation mechanism in Daily National Defense Education, how to get the optimized benefit by improving the omnibearing guarantee system in Daily National Defense Education, and how to increase the result by building the variety integrated network of Daily National Defense Education. The innovation of this paper is that we choose the Daily National Defense Education in colleges and universities as the research vision, and we always focus on the efficiency, benefit and result to raise, analyze and solve problems.
