Through taking part in the exercises which are designed on the basis of "Gamification" teaching plans, After the experiment of students during the preparation phase can gradually mastered the body center of gravity low upper limb by former backward swing, jump when do your feet jump at the same time, two arms above put forward rapidly, empty stage do positive folding of leg, lift a leg belly in consciousness enhanced, landing legs forward, feet to the ground at the same time, the arms in front of the body center of gravity to maintain balance. Through the "Gamification" process, the students will master the skills of the long jump naturally. I explore the action learning approaches of the primary school students in order to improve the teaching efficiency of physical education in primary schools. My article mainly chooses students from Grade one,three and five in Experimental Primary School of Jinling High School as the research object in the standing long jump, with the help of the Sony HD video camera, to observe the students’ changes in the standing long jump skill, before and after the experiment, finally to promote and improve the standing long jump and its performance in the application of gamification teaching.The result shows that, all the students have change in the pre-swing, take-off, flight, landing while they are doing the standing long jump on the action details a number increases. And, comparing with the traditional teaching, their standing long jump abilities have improved faster.Conclusion:1、 "Gamification" teaching plans fully consider different grade elementary student’s physical and mental characteristics, the application in the standing long jump teaching, jump grades have improved significantly;2、According to different level students’ physical and mental characteristics,pupil’ standing long jump skills have improved significantly in the "Gamification" teaching plans;3、The application of gamification teaching in primary school instructional design in the standing long jump can improve the teaching effects significantly.
