The Study on the law of upper and lower limbs and trunk development in standing long jump in students ranging from children in kindergarten beginner classes to the students in the fourth level can help teachers define the teaching content of standing long jump in a more scientific way, and improve teaching efficiency. Meanwhile, it provides basis for the preparation of teaching materials. The study on the teaching design is carried out for the purpose of verifying the teaching effectiveness of the teaching content, which is chosen on the basis of the movements'development law. In this paper, the researching objects are students from Taicang Shiyan Kindergarten, Shiyan Primary School, and Shiyan Middle School. We have more than 30 study objects in each grade. The research is carried out with SAMSUNG NV3 digital camera video, to statistically analyze upper and lower limbs and trunk development in the four technical processes of standing long jump----preparation, taking off , soaring up into the air, and land. And based on the statistical analysis of the law of standing long jump movement development, choose the first, second, fourth and eighth grade as experimental stages, in which one class in each grade is chosen as the experimental class, and select 10 students in this class to form the experimental group, and the rest form the control group. In this way, we discuss the teaching of upper limb developments in level 1 and level 2, the control and balance ability of the upper and lower limbs under a kind of state in the air without support and as well, discuss the teaching content in textbooks under the condition of teaching effectiveness. Based on the improving percentage in each group's average marks of standing long jump, the experiment is explored with different teaching designs. The result shows that: intermediate classes in kindergarten have basic skills for standing long jump; students from level 1to level four show upper limb movements'variety in the processes like taking off and soaring up into the air. intermediate classes in kindergarten can make both feet taking off and land at the same time; The level 4, Grade 9 students can fully stretch their lower limbs, and at the level3 stage, students'lower limb movements tend to be standardized. The optimization of trunk movement once appeared in level 1, the level 3 students'trunk movements also tend to be standardized. According to the performance of students in different levels in standing long jump, the upper movements are defined as the teaching content of level 1 and level 2; the skills of taking off are going to be taught in level 3; in level 4, movements in the air will be the teaching content. After 6 weeks'teaching exploration experiments, compared with traditional teaching methods, students'results in new ways have improved obviously in standing long jump. Conclusion: The development of students'long jump movements have a certain regularity; base on the law of standing long jump to design the teaching plans can improve teaching effectiveness.
