| These activities of student associations will be the important and effective approach following measures of quality education are implemented in secondary vocational schools. Student associations are becoming more and more important, which are paid more attention. Then, the number of student associations are increasing and the range is expanding. Although the development situation is better, some problems are appearing. There are many problems about construction and management of student associations in Wuxi Technician College, which are found out by collecting literature and questionnaires or interview survey. These problems involve school level, teacher level and student level. The reasons can be summed up in three aspects. First of all, the system is not sound. In school, the policy measures are lack and can not be performed. Top-level design cannot take root. The management system has not been harmonious. Second, all sorts of student associations are lack. For example, tutors are lack, funds inadequacy and club activities are limited by space and lack time;. Third, culture is lag. Such as, atmosphere of student associations is not strong. Management concept is old. Cognitive degree of the students is limited. Above these situation lead to problems about student associations. In order to solve above problems, this paper argues that, first,management system of student associations should be paid more attention, to develop a service-oriented corporate management system and to regulatory student associations system for the timely and effective regulation, promoting the community management legalization, combining with the characteristics of secondary vocational schools students, negative listing of student associations can be used to promote the construction of student associations. Second, to effectively manage student associations, which involves tutors, funding, space and time, so as to achieve the target of construction and development of student associations. Third, to build a multidimensional culture of student associations, it is very important. Material culture and spiritual culture should be constructed, to solve some important problems about Wuxi Technician College. |
