2019 is known as the first year of vocational education reform.The country attaches great importance to vocational schools.For private secondary vocational schools,challenges and opportunities coexist.With the development of secondary vocational education,colleges and universities continue to expand the enrollment scale,the number of students is increasing.Student community's unique ideological content,informative and interesting,attracting more and more students join in,students in the student's learning career,have a significant impact on the development of students,particularly in terms of education function,is recognized as the second classroom,addition to the education plays an important role,can stimulate students' potential,to cultivate students interest,can let the students' comprehensive quality and ability was improved,but also can make the quality of the students get to temper.In the introduction mainly introduces domestic and foreign research on student community dynamics,at home,there are four main research tendency,respectively is public secondary vocational students present situation and strategy research,universities in student community,the present study is business strategy research college student associations,student associations,the construction of campus culture,ideological education function of the study.However,foreign researches mainly focus on three aspects,namely,the study of student associations movement,the study of famous student associations,and the role of psychology in student associations.The second chapter of this study adopts questionnaire survey and interview survey to carry out the research,mainly taking more than 800 teachers and students in four private secondary vocational schools in Guangzhou as research samples,and taking10 teachers and students as interview objects.Through questionnaire statistics,10 viewpoints,such as the large number of student societies but small types,and 9contents related to student societies,such as the existence of titular phenomenon of instructors,were obtained through interviews.The third chapter mainly analyzes the root causes of the problems,and draws the conclusion that there are three major problems in the current student associations,namely,the lack of ideological understanding,the non-standard rules and regulations,and the lack of school resources protection for student associations.The fourth chapter puts forward three countermeasures for the above three problems: changing ideas,establishing scientific rules and regulations,and providing enough materials for social activities.Adhere to the combination of import and export.The fifth chapter is a summary of the paper,from the questionnaire data obtained 10 points of view,in the interview with 10 teachers and students,obtained 8 points of view.And from the four aspects of ideology,system,resources,internal and external linkage mechanism,it is proposed to change ideas,establish standardized rules and regulations,and scientifically allocate the resources needed by student associations.Although the paper has made great efforts,there are still two deficiencies: the narrow range of respondents,the lack of in-depth information mining of the questionnaire,and the lack of differentiated questionnaire.In the end,four aspects of the outlook are put forward,hoping to have further help for the development of student associations.
