Based on Data research method and Experience summary method, the paper analyzes the phenomenon that the local financial investment of rural weak middle school is insufficient and the school facilities are backward and the gap of the quality of composition teaching between urban schools and rural school is big. Based on these, the article puts forward two ways to change these: The one is to adjust measures to local conditions, to set the language of the countryside enlarge writing language, to play a local characteristic to accumulate materials; The second is to make full use of new teachers’ enthusiasm, to play a positive role of the teachers in writing, to strengthen contact between school and family.The last is to teach students in accordance with their aptitude, to attach importance to students’ individual differences, to divided the students into three levels to carry on Training Writing: Class A students of poor writing foundation focus on practical writing training; Class B students of basic language fluency but lack of the content focus on from local to the overall writing training; Class C students of the language fluency and specific content but not vivid focus on all kinds of problems in the composition of the "upgraded" writing training.
