In this paper, the author researches the course of the development of rural vocational education, existing problems and countermeasures based on related research achievements at home and abroad from the perspective of education science and agricultural economics, using the materialist dialectics. This paper is divided into six parts:The first part, firstly, introduces the purpose and significance of this research and the research background,. Secondly, it summarizes the related domestic and foreign researches of vocational education of in rural construction. The author thinks China is different from foreign countries in the boundary between rural education and general education. The boundary in china is so clear. Rural education is more practical. Their colleges have more autonomy, course arrangement is more flexible. Vocational education in China is less important than other countries. The second part:firstly, mainly introduces basic researches of vocational education. It expounds the important function of the relationship between new rural construction and new rural vocational education. The third part:mainly elaborates and analyses the main problems in the development of rural vocational education. The fourth part introduces the experience of rural vocational education development at home and abroad. This paper holds that the development of rural vocational education abroad mainly depends on the perfect law system, adequate funding and diversified curriculum system. But the experience of domestic rural vocational education is the rural vocational education system tending to be perfect and give classified guidance. The fifth part based on the above analysis, put forwards corresponding countermeasures, including the development of the rural vocational education, strengthening rural vocational education legal system construction, rural vocational education development and deepening the four aspects of rural vocational education reform. The sixth part makes a summary and points out the inadequacies of the research.
