According to the wuhan city’s current economic development level, a number of migrant workers poured into wuhan, involved in the urban construction of wuhan city. And wuhan Qiao estuary is the most migrant workers live, many migrant workers came to wuhan is not alone, but with their children together. Due to considering the children left in rural migrant workers will have a lot of problems with the old man, and when the children to close after the resulting migrant children education problem. According to the regulation of our country compulsory education, children will have to accept the corresponding education to go to school age. However, migrant children into the school is very difficult, not to mention learning music. Based on the study of wuhan city migrant children elementary school music education in the process of discovery, which is the phenomenon of migrant children is common. Therefore, in this paper, combined with previous studies the status quo, to wuhan Qiao estuary migrant children as the research object, through the questionnaire survey method, comparative method and so on the many kinds of research methods in wuhan Qiao estuary migrant children’s music education present situation investigation, and through the migrant children’s music education situation and the urban students of music education situation, it is concluded that the current migrant children elementary school music education mode, the problems of including the attention of the school, teachers’quality, backward teaching equipment, students’quality is low and the idea behind many problems, such as parents. Finally, according to the above problems, this paper puts forward the corresponding improvement measures, the shift from schools, teachers to their parents for music education, so as to jointly promote the wuhan Qiao estuary migrant children’s music education.
