| Since the enrollment expansion has led to the management system of higher education from "elite education" to “popular education ", providing enough access to higher education for more students as well as causing problems in the quality of education, it is the decline of the quality of higher education that became a hot issue of social concern. Being unshakable responsibility to improve higher education quality, the operation of higher education quality assurance system is the key point to improve the quality of teaching quality in Colleges and universities.From the viewpoint of system philosophy, higher education teaching quality assurance system is a whole system. This thesis relies on the basic rules of system philosophy such as the self organization, the function of construction, the overall optimization, the coordination of differences and so on, combining the theory of higher education and management, to study the effectiveness of the teaching ensurance system in Colleges and universities.Firstly, this thesis introduces the research background, research significance, research ideas, research methods, research status at home and abroad about the quality assurance system of higher education. Then, the paper defines the related concept of the system, including the quality of teaching quality assurance, the guarantee of the system effectiveness. According to the teaching quality assurance system cases such as the University of Manchester, UK, American Greeley(NUC) by Ford School of management(MBC), the Zhongyuan University of Technology, Changshu Institute Of Technology and other colleges and universities, using the analysis method to study the system structure, system function, system structure, system coordination organization control and other aspects of comprehensive analysis, the thesis try to find out the key factor to ensure the effectiveness of the control system of teaching quality in Colleges and universities. Last but not the least, using the basic law of the system philosophy, the paper takes focus on the analysis of the quality of teaching in Colleges and universities in China in order to explore the main problems existing in the operation of the system, putting forward to the countermeasures to ensure system integrity, self-organization and the cooperatively of each subsystem, which can improve the quality of higher education quality assurance system. |
