Research On The Optimization Of The Academic System Of Philosophy And Social Sciences In Colleges And Universities With The Center Of Educating People And Educating Talents

As a tool for people to understand the world and transform the world,philosophy and social sciences both promote social progress and guide the development of talent cultivation.As the main carrier of cultivating talents,colleges and universities have rich experience in talent cultivation.People are the main part of the social development and the talent is the driving force of social development.With the guide of the Marxism,the development of disciplines system of the philosophy social sciences in colleges and universities should revolve around educating people and educating talents to promote the optimization of subject system by nurturing talents of diligence,which is oriented to the problems of talent cultivation in disciplines,through the analysis of the factors closely contact with talents.The disciplines system of philosophy and social sciences in colleges and universities should also be based on the development of the world economy which is charactered by better educated,informatization,modernization and the requirement of social development of China,optimizes subject setting,builds the cultivation mechanism with the integration of knowledge,quality and ability,and promotes the overall development of talents.There is a problem with colleges and universities which shoulder talents cultivation in discipline system of systematic and professional.The discipline of Marxist theory does not have strong influence in philosophy and social sciences of colleges and universities.Meanwhile,curriculum design,the construction of teaching material,teachers,the construction of information platform and the demand of students are unable to adapt to the contemporary education training goals and specifications,as well as the actual social development.These facts delayed the development of philosophy social sciences in colleges and universities which concentrate on educating people and educating talents.It is necessary to reform the optimization and adjustment of discipline system structure and the innovation of the system and mechanism of talents cultivation.This paper designs in in philosophy and social science symposium speech by Xi Jinping on May 17,2016 and the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and other related documents of the central as the main basis,which is aimed at the problems in philosophy and social sciences in colleges and universities in recent years and the limits to the talents cultivation.Also,this paper puts forward new ideas on the basis of information collection,the statistics and the analysis of investigation and survey,according to the principle of the unification of magistral leading and diversity as well as the unification of systematicness and speciality,which emphasize the symptom with political,innovative,pertinent and effective of the research of thesis.With the theme of "cultivating people" and "how to cultivate people”,this paper combines the systematicness with speciality to reinforce the function of educating people and educating talents,using the principle of function and structure in system theory,which follows the routine of optimization.At the meantime,considering educating people and educating talents,it discusses the path of structure optimization of the link to three aspects on the basis of the development of acdemics and talents cultivation.It also takes the emphasis on the construction of discipline system of Marxist theory,and the function of leading and coordinating which this discipline brings to others.What we should do is to advance knowledge,quality and ability cultivation.To construct the optimization pattern of the discipline system of philosophy and social sciences in colleges and universities is necessary,with the combination with students,teachers,discipline construction,the construction of teaching material and the construction of information platform.In the writing,we are ought to intensify the function of the construction of philosophy and social sciences,which is charactered by self-organization and self-regulation,self-innovation,self-development and self-improvement,to highlights the integrity,expertise,strategy,sustainability,modernity,comprehensiveness and other features.
