For a long time, the teaching mode of one-way and force-feeding is getting more andmore favourred by the general education workers on the basis of it the "simplicity andefficiency ". However, we can not find the best education mode, but the better one. In theprocess of curriculum reform of basic education, the "learning plan guidance" tend to developthe students’ autonomous learning ability and cooperative exploration ability. It can effectivelyovercome the disadvantages that traditional teaching mode has. Therefore, it is graduallyconcerned and popularized by educators. I found that if the "teaching model of learning planguidance " want to be better serve and applied to the high school physics teaching, it mustsolve the following questions. According to the different types of physics class, how doteachers reasonably write "learning plan guidance" which can be the effective carrier of highschool physics teaching? How do students efficiently use of physical " learning plan guidance" to be the true masters of learning? How do physics teachers effectively guide students’learning to be a good helper and guider? These problems are not individual cases, they havecommon research value. If these problems can be solved well, the "learning plan guidance"will constantly improve and can be more efficiently used in Physics Teaching in senior highschool.In this paper, I use the methods of literature reading, questionnaire survey, interviews,teaching evaluation and so on. I discuss the application of the "learning plan guidance" insenior high school physics teaching in the following aspects:First, I briefly expound the reason of "learning plan guidance". I understand the researchstatus at home and abroad by consulting literature, and make clear the research method aswell as the significance of this issue.Second, I define the related concepts in physics "learning plan guidance". At the sametime, I summarize the main theoretical basis and respectively expound the significance of therelevant theory of "learning plan guidance".Third, I investigate and analyze the status of implementation of "learning plan guidance"in Physics Teaching in high school to find the existing in the teaching of physics "learningplan guidance". It can be a reference to the implementation of the strategy to improve highschool physics "learning plan guidance". Fourth, I put forward the optimized strategy of implementation to "learning planteaching" in senior high school physics, combined with three aspects of writing,implementation procedures, implementation of the principle of "learning plan guidance".Fifth, I write some new physical teaching cases, which is used and tested in high schoolphysics teaching, according to the optimized " learning plan guidance ".In a word, if the "learning plan guidance" wants to efficiently be used in PhysicsTeaching in high school and effectuate the two-way interaction between teachers and students,the teachers must adhere to the principle of "teaching according to learning". Among them,writing the scientific and reasonable "learning plan guidance" of physics is the premise, andimplementing procedure flexibly and normly is the key.
