As the curriculum reform has been carried out for many years, the teaching mode of the learning-plan-teaching spreads to more and more areas. Guidance case of writing and using is becoming more and more frequent. However, the basic work of writing is to use case teaching model of school according to the need to write on their own in the present stage. Many learners’case is not yet mature and there are many problems that need improving. So further research on writing learning case is helpful to the school to write more applicable cases, and can effectively improve the efficiency of learning. In recent years, the class teaching reform in Haihui Middle School in Jingmen aims to reconstruct the classes, to pull the students to the front desk,to promote independent development. Reform has achieved good results, and it has been also recognised by the society and parents. Haihui Middle School classroom and the operation of the platform is carefully developed in learning, thus Haihui Middle School attach great importance to the design of the pilot study case.This thesis is not talk of leaning how to write a case, but hope that through its actual use in history in Haihui Middle School in Jingmen, Hubei province, through it’s analysis of writing process to the actual use in the process of teaching, we can summed up the it’s advantages and disadvantages to think about how to impove it’s writing and use, so as to better guide the daily teaching.The purpose of summarizing the advantages and disadvantages is in order to better guide the practice. The suggestions aimed at the problems that are put forward in this paper will be texted in the writing and use of learning case in the next semester and will be further improved and perfected.
